Terms And Conditions

 

Driver Requirements:
 

• Drivers must be 25 years or older.

• A minimum of 2 years valid driving experience is required.
  A valid local or international driver’s license must be presented before rental.

     Temporary License:
 

Available for $20 USD plus a $5 convenience fee.
 

     Full rental payment is due at the start of the rental period.

     A $200 USD security deposit is required to hold the vehicle.
     The deposit will be refunded after drop-off, once the vehicle                     inspection confirms:

• No damages

• Fuel level matches the starting amount

• All accessories are returned

• No outstanding tickets, fines, or charges.
  
  The rental begins and ends on the dates listed in the rental agreement. Late returns incur a full additional day’s rental fee for each overdue day.
  
  Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness
  Vehicles are provided clean and in good working condition. Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
  
  Fuel Policy
  
  The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it was delivered with.
  Any shortage will be billed to the renter.
  
  Damages, Tires & Repair

• Renters are responsible for all damages to the vehicle, including Exterior and interior damage as well as Lost or broken accessories.

 

     Tires

• The vehicle is supplied with tires in good condition.

• Renters must replace any damaged, punctured, or blown tires during the rental period.

• No repairs may be made without Yehudi Hire’s approval.

 

     Tickets, Fines & Penalties

 

     Renters are responsible for all:

•      Parking tickets Traffic violations

•      Towing fees

•      Government-issued fines.

     Roadside Assistance

 

     Yehudi Hire provides 24-hour roadside assistance for breakdowns and emergencies.

     Costs related to tire replacement or fuel delivery remain the renter’s         responsibility

     Personal Belongings

​

     Yehudi Hire is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.

     Prohibited Use

​

     Vehicles may not be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Operation by unauthorized drivers

• Driving under the influence

• Reckless or dangerous driving

 

     Accidents & Breakdowns

 

     In the event of an accident:

• Contact the police and obtain an official report.

• Notify Yehudi Hire immediately.

• Do not move the vehicle unless required for safety.

     Cancellation Policy Cancellations should be made as early as                   possible. 

     Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

     Yehudi Hire reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if             any terms are violated or if misuse is suspected.
