Please review the following terms before booking with Yehudi Hire. These conditions are designed to protect both you and our vehicles during your rental.
Terms and Conditions
Before You Drive
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 25 years or older
Minimum 2 years valid driving experience
Valid local or international license required
Temporary License
Available for $20 USD plus $5 convenience fee
Full rental payment due at start of rental
Security Deposit
$200 USD required to hold vehicle
Refunded after inspection confirms no damages, correct fuel level, all accessories returned, and no outstanding fines
During Your Rental
Fuel Policy
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was delivered with
Any shortage will be billed to the renter
Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness
Vehicles are provided clean and in good working condition. Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Rental Period & Late Returns
The rental begins and ends on the dates listed in the rental agreement. Late returns incur a full additional day’s rental fee for each overdue day.
Tickets, Fines & Penalties
Renters are responsible for all:
Parking tickets
Traffic violations
Towing fees
Government-issued fines
Damages & Repairs
Vehicle Damages
Renters are responsible for all damages to the vehicle, including exterior and interior damage as well as lost or broken accessories.
No repairs may be made without Yehudi Hire’s approval.
Tires
Vehicle supplied with tires in good condition
Renters must replace any damaged, punctured, or blown tires during the rental
No repairs without Yehudi Hire’s approval
Safety & Support
Roadside Assistance
24-hour roadside assistance for breakdowns and emergencies
Tire replacement and fuel delivery costs remain the renter’s responsibility
Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident:
Contact the police and obtain an official report
Notify Yehudi Hire immediately
Do not move the vehicle unless required for safety
Personal Belongings
Yehudi Hire is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle carefully before returning it.
Important Restrictions
Prohibited Use
Vehicles may not be used for:
Illegal activities
Operation by unauthorized drivers
Driving under the influence
Reckless or dangerous driving
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made as early as possible
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees
Yehudi Hire reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any terms are violated or if misuse is suspected.
